Remote working has been explained by numerous academicians as form of employment conducted outside the confines any organization physical scope and hours. Working without boarders now become more than ever an important domain especially following COVID-19 pandemic. The effect economic lockdowns led to innovation in models across all sectors therefore increasing realization that work can be almost environment apart from being confined one specific space Humanitarian organizations have also engaged remote workers part their human resource. problem is implemented within MSF OCA with no clear standard support systems ensure its sustainability. other there focused study on improvement integration humanitarian such Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), Operational Centre Amsterdam (OCA) conducted.
